Simple Parmesan Burger Patties

Burger patties are one of the easiest and most nutritious things to meal prep. These beef patties not only provide you with complete protein, healthy fats, and a surplus of vitamins & minerals. They’re delicious and extremely versatile.

The recipe below is kept simple for just that reason: versatility. Sometimes meal prepping can feel overwhelming, and you get sick of the same flavors or sauces everyday. Meal prepping beef patties and focusing on texture & a simple, savory taste is your road to success. You can use them for burgers, sliders, sides, or even the main protein component of youmeal. You can add different sauces & spices depending on your taste preferences. You can also vary the size, if you want to make them thin or thick, and the final temp if you’re a medium rare kinda guy or gal.

I like to double or triple this recipe when I make them and freeze some. It’s a simple, quick and delicious protein I don’t have to think about. I highly recommend trying this and keeping a few patties handy in the fridge. You won’t regret it on a day you’re feeling rushed & hungry!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400.
  2. Mix everything well with your hands or in a kitchen-aid with the paddle attachment.
  3. Divide into preferred size patties. I like to measure mine to 4oz each.
  4. Bake in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes.

Notes

I like to double or triple this recipe and freeze a bunch for an easy grab & go protein. You can heat them in the microwave, on the stove, or even in the oven if you want them a little crispy.

I also love adding some Spanish olive oil & oregano to this recipe to add a little smoky taste.
