Salmon is a powerhouse of Omega 3 fatty acids, potassium, B vitamins, protein, and more. All the reasons to have it in your regular meal prep rotation! These salmon patties are great to have on hand for a quick protein. They are delicious topped with soy sauce and sesame seeds and also go great alongside a hearty salad.
For this recipe, I use canned wild caught salmon. My favorite brand is Henry & Lisa’s wild caught Alaskan salmon. It’s just salmon, water & salt. There are many canned options that you should be able to find in any grocery store.
